Minor B All-Ireland final sees Kerry and Roscommon go to battle

Kerry will take on Roscommon in the All-Ireland ‘B’ minor hurling final after they came out victorious in their semi-finals at the weekend.

In neutral Kildare, Kerry played Down in the Minor B Hurling Champ Semi Final where a 2-22 to 3-9 booked their spot in the All-Ireland final vs Roscommon next month.

The Kingdom registered 22 points during the game which would have easily beaten Down without the help of their two goal scorers  Johnny Buckley and Shane Conway’s penalty.

In Arklow, Roscommon defeated Wicklow in a closer encounter where Roscommon had to fight to the final whistle for their All-Ireland final place.  A 2-13 to 1-14 scoreline in favour of Roscommon means Kerry will face Roscommon on September 5th.
