Player Profile: Linda Sullivan

This weekend, the Ladies Leinster football finals take place. In the build up to these finals spoke to some of the Offaly Ladies footballers to get to know the player under the jersey. The very best of luck to the girls this weekend. The girls play on Sunday July 19th in Netwatch Cullen Park Carlow in the Intermediate Leinster Ladies football final against Kildare at 2pm. Dual star Linda Sullivan talks about her career so far in her player profile.

Role Model growing up: Dj Carey/Brian Whelehan/Parents
Aspirations for this weekend: A win against Kildare would be a massive boost for the team and going forward for the rest of the year.
Highlight of your GAA career so far: All of my club and county titles mean everything to me. Winning both football and camogie All-Ireland’s in croke park were very special occasions in my life.
Low light of your GAA career so far: Loosing the 2008 camogie all Ireland in the last minute to Clare. (She threw the ball into the goals)!!
Goals for your GAA career in the next five years: Win the intermediate All-Ireland this year for football, win a senior camogie All-Ireland with Offaly, win a senior club camogie title and a club football All-Ireland titles with St.Rynaghs.
